Bought a Roblox gift card on Amazon? It works a little differently from a card off a store shelf. The big one: Amazon Roblox cards give you Robux directly — not Roblox Credit. Here’s how to find your code and redeem it correctly.
The key difference: Amazon cards are Robux-only
- Amazon (and Party Pack) gift cards redeem for Robux only — they cannot become Roblox Credit.
- Standard physical cards become Roblox Credit first, which you then spend on Robux or Premium.
So if you were planning to put an Amazon card toward a Premium subscription — it won’t work. Amazon cards go straight to Robux.
Where to find your Amazon code
Since it’s a digital purchase, there’s no physical card. The code lives in your Amazon → Games & Software Library / “Your Digital Items” area, listed under Downloads and Codes. Whoever bought the card can pull it from there.
How to redeem
- Open a web browser and go to roblox.com/redeem.
- Log in to the account you want the Robux on.
- Enter the code exactly as shown and click Redeem.
- A confirmation appears and Robux are added to your account.
Browser only. The standard Roblox mobile app, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch will not accept the code. Samsung Galaxy users are the exception — you can redeem in the app via More → Redeem.
